This document explains what personal data we process on itrslovakia.com, for what purpose and what rights you have.

What data we process
From the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name and the text of your message.
Technical data related to the submission: the sender's IP address (we include it in the email with your message) and a hash of it, used only to limit the number of submissions from one address as spam protection.
Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and for the related communication.
The legal basis is your consent, confirmed when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by email.
We do not use the data for marketing or profiling and we do not make automated decisions based on it.
Retention
We keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the related communication, then delete them from the mailbox.
If sending the email fails technically, the message is stored in a protected service log outside the public part of the website so that it is not lost; we delete it once the enquiry is handled.
Who we share data with
We do not pass the data to third parties for their own purposes and we do not sell it.
Our hosting and email provider has technical access to the data as it operates the website and email service for us.
Cookies, analytics and external services
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.
Fonts are served from our own server, so no requests are sent to external font services.
The Google Maps map loads only after you click the button; until then no data is sent to Google.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
